Premium Deluxe Units
Premium Deluxe Units have been newly remodeled and may consist of the following: Wood laminate floor, ceramic tile, new carpeting, new appliances, new furniture, new bedding and new countertops.
Deposit Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservations. Half of your total stay, with a minimum of 1 night will be charged to your card at time of booking. Remaining payment for your entire stay plus a refundable $300 incidental authorization is due upon check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Money Orders/Cashier's Checks. Sorry, we do not accept cash, personal checks or American Express.
Cancellation Policy:
There will be a $15 cancellation (processing) fee per reservation for cancellations received 21 days prior to arrival date by 4 pm. Cancellations received with less than 21 days notice will forfeit 1 nights room and tax in addition to the $15 cancellation fee.
Age Requirements:
You must be 25 years or older and present at check-in to rent these privately owned condominiums. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pet Policy:
Pets are prohibited from Caribbean Club Resort property. Any unit or guest found to have a pet on property will be forced to vacate the premises without a refund. You will be charged an additional $300 for deep cleaning the unit.
Smoking Policy:
All of our units are non-smoking. You may smoke on the patio or balcony of your assigned unit. Be sure to clean up and properly dispose of any cigarette butts. You will be charged a cleaning fee in the amount of $200 if you smoke inside the unit or if there are cigarette butts invading the patio/balcony area.
